Throw it all in Gumbo?

I had a package of smoked andouille sausage that needed to go so I cam up with this recipe:

1 package of smoked andouille sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch  rounds
1 bunch of kale, chopped and de-stemmed
1 12oz. can of chicken stock
1 12oz. can of diced tomatoes with okra
1 12 oz. can of white cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp. smoked hot paprika
1 tsp. white pepper
1tsp. crushed red pepper or more if you like more spice!
2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tbls. olive oil
salt to taste

Saute the garlic in the oil for about 3 minutes over medium high heat. Toss in the chopped kale and seasonings and saute for 3-4 minutes. Throw in the remaining ingredients. Let is simmer for about a half hour or more depending on how much time you have. Ladel into bowls and serve!
