Seared Lamb Chops & Cauliflower Mash

2-3 lamb chops/loins
1 clove of garlic, smashed
1 tsp. dried thyme
salt & pepper
1 tbl. olive oil

Season chops with garlic, thyme, oil and s & p. Sear in a hot pan for 3 minutes on each side for rare chops.

1 bag of cauliflower heads (steam in microwave, or boil)
2 tbl. half & half
2 tbl. butter
salt & pepper

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
